Do you ship worldwide ?

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments

We accept all Payments by Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, and American Express.

When will my order be processed ?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order ?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes ?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged ?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund ?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Shipping Policy

Energhaze provides trackable shipping service for all the purchases. We provide standard free shipping for all the purchase.

Energhaze commits to ship within one day since the orders are placed. The tracking code may take 2~3 business days to be activated.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your account.

*Please be aware of that Energhaze can not ship to an address of P.O. Box. 

For the USA, Europe and other countries : the shipping delivery time will take from 7 to 14 working days and is totally FREE.

Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
